Global ENDs Statement:

Frederick Community College exists so that Frederick County residents and others who choose to enroll advance their workforce preparation and personal growth and contribute to the economic, social and cultural vitality of Frederick County worth the prudent use of the College’s resources.

1. Students achieve the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
   1. Students acquire the foundational skills needed to complete their instructional pathway at the College.
   2. Graduates are prepared to successfully transfer to a baccalaureate-granting institution.
   3. Students obtain the skills and credentials for gainful employment in their chosen profession with family-sustainable wages.
   4. Students have the knowledge and skills to equitably participate in our society, our economy, and our democracy.
      1. Graduates achieve significant gains in critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal leadership and written communication skills.
